Its has been about three full weeks of classes and Im starting to finish multiple drawings. For my drawing class, all of my imagery is based off my own photos of downtown Peoria. They focus on the urban architecture that is unique to Peoria. Some locations are more noticeable then others.
This image is the first I have done with a mechanical drafting pencil. The blue lead is used to help create a different feeling in the image, like a blueprint or plan. Currently I am looking at different blueprints of buildings and trying to include different symbols and notations that are commonly used. Much more to come from more drawing and painting class in the next week!
